Role overview:
As a Sales Operations Specialist at Jurny, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales efficiency and effectiveness. Your data analysis, reporting, and forecasting expertise will empower our teams to exceed their goals. You will be at the heart of developing sales strategies, managing technological tools like Hubspot, and ensuring our sales processes are streamlined and impactful. Your work will directly contribute to our mission by providing the insights and infrastructure needed for our sales team to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide an in-depth view of all business operations.}
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, setting quotas and goals.
- Proactively monitor and strive for high-quality, accurate reporting, ensuring consistent adherence to business processes.
- Monitor behavioral indicators within sales to enhance performance and understand growth drivers.
- Use analytical tools to validate the sales pipeline, focusing on real metrics over probabilistic numbers.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in developing new reporting tools as needed.
- Sales Process & Strategy:
- Ensure timely assignment of all sales objectives.
- Help establish management tools for effective sales oversight.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Monitor the accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and other essential intelligence to the management team.
- Hubspot & Technology Management:
- Assist in managing and administrating the Hubspot platform, ensuring data integrity.
- Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, for field sales teams, monitoring their compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales management to optimize the company's technology investments.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate and deliver platform training to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
- Modeling & Insights:
- Create and refine models to forecast sales, track customer behavior, and predict market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment in business strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in sales operations, SaaS industry standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced English / C2 Level written and verbal.
- Solid track record in sales operations.
- Analytical prowess and data-driven mindset.
