Role overview:
The Junior/Mid PHP Developer will work collaboratively with the development team to implement high-quality code and contribute to the entire application lifecycle. They will focus on coding, debugging, and optimizing application code, ensuring that business requirements and user needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to implement high-quality code.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging tasks.
- Work closely with team members to understand business requirements and user needs, translating them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application code to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Symfony-PHP framework and proficiency in Doctrine ORM.
- Experience with RESTful API development, and web development using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
- Extensive experience with developing and maintaining high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend code using React, React Query, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Understanding of responsive design principles to ensure web applications render well across multiple devices.
