Role overview:

The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a startup environment, quickly adapting to changing processes and expectations. A successful CSM should have a passion for customer success and be driven to create the best outcomes for customers while being able to put a smile on their faces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Jurny customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client onboarding and training processes.
  • Create and execute customer success plans.
  • Bridge the gap between sales and customer support teams.
  • Ensure customers achieve fast time-to-value.
  • Keep clients engaged and encourage regular product usage.
  • Build customer loyalty and reduce customer churn.
  • Maintain a "high-level view" of the entire support process.
  • Advocate for customers' needs and requirements.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment within the organization.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers through various channels (phone, email, Slack, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus.
