Role overview:

As an Account Executive at Jurny, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. This is a full-cycle sales position where you will be starting from scratch - no leads provided. We are looking for hungry hunters who thrive in creating opportunities and spearheading their success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints, resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction, and maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, at a native level.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus (HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
Bonus Points for:
  • Previous experience in SaaS/tech sales.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • References and proof of past quota attainment.
Compensation:

Commission-only with salary after first quarter quota attainment. Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $60,000 - $85,000 annually.
